Judi’s story is rooted in service, hard work, and standing up for others. She started volunteering at just 12 years old, and by 30, she was leading behavioral health programs that supported people through real-life challenges. In her 40s, she developed an Advanced Somatic Psychology Program now used internationally, always focused on helping people build stability, resilience, and better futures. Today, Judi continues that mission as a Community Response Volunteer, advocating for individuals and families who need support the most. In real estate, she brings that same commitment to working people, helping foster families find stable homes, securing rentals for low-income individuals, and guiding buyers and sellers through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives with honesty and care.
As the Broker-in-Charge for Grateful Mindset Properties, in both North Carolina and South Carolina, Judi is a certified expert listing agent, buyer coach, Best of Zillow PREVIEW & SHOWCASE Agent, and Realtor.com Network Realtor. But titles aren’t what define her, trust, accountability, and results do.
Deeply invested in the community, Judi serves on the Hendersonville Environmental Sustainability Board, is Community Outreach Director for Softer Streets, and President of Homes for Youth. She also helps uphold industry standards through the Professional Standards Committee and supports fellow agents as an Ambassador for Canopy MLS.
Every Saturday at 9 AM, Judi hosts the Grateful Mindset radio show on WHKP 107.7 FM, highlighting real people, local issues, and community-driven solutions, with a little real estate mixed in.
She also teaches future agents at her office in Hendersonville & @ AB Tech in Asheville, preparing students to pass the North Carolina Real Estate Exam, and she puts her money where her values are: if you join the Grateful Mindset Team, she’ll reimburse your course tuition & post licensing.
