In 2021, I took classes at Northwest State Community College and Hondros and obtained my real estate license. Education is a key component for being a top agent for my customers and clients. Since obtaining my license, I have expanded my knowledge and skills through various courses, earning certifications and designations. Being a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) has been the most helpful tool in my arsenal, enabling me to negotiate the best terms for my clients. I also understand that remodeling and rehabbing a home can either yield a payoff or incur extra debt when trying to sell. As a Residential Remodeling Specialist (RRS), I can assist people in making informed decisions before starting a project. Another rewarding course I have taken is the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), which has provided me with insights into the needs of our aging population. Decisions such as aging in place, downsizing, or moving to assisted living are significant and often weigh heavily on individuals and their families. Helping them during this time is an honor.
