Victoria Shave is a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker. She has always loved homes and received her BFA in Interior Design in 2013. She has been working with Home Buyers, Sellers, and Investors for over 13 years to help them achieve their Real Estate goals.

She is a true Real Estate expert in the Capital District and surrounding areas and isn’t afraid of hard work. When she first got her start in Real Estate, she was a volunteer as a Schenectady Millennial Council Member and signed on as a preferred agent with Schenectady County, selling their foreclosure homes, sometimes with sale prices of only ten thousand dollars. Since then, she has had the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers above one million. She treats every client and their budget with the same focus and professionalism. She loves the excitement that first-time home buyers bring to the experience and also has immense gratitude for those that trust her through downsizing and estate property sales.

While the majority of her business has been in her home-state of New York, she also practiced Real Estate in Virginia around the Washington DC and Virginia Beach areas for a combined four years.

For three years, all-the-while helping her clients, Victoria also assisted in training and coaching other agents, emphasizing ‘Win-Win’ transactions and how to build life-long business/client relationships. A significant part of her business comes from referrals from previous clients and repeat clients.
