Alan Kennedy
Alan Kennedy started his career as a mortgage originator in 2004. He is the senior loan officer for our Athens location and focuses on helping borrowers choose the optimal loan for their situation. While assisting customers with purchases and refinancing he believes that excellent customer service and friendly counsel is part of the job. Alan graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He and his family live in Oconee County. Alan enjoys playing golf, fishing, and spending time with his two children.

She is also a contributing author of Amazon’s best selling book, Mortgage Storm.
DeAnn is a member of the Newton County Chamber of Commerce, East Metro Women’s Council of Realtors® and the East Metro Board of Realtors® where she serves on various committees. She is also a member of Walton/Barrow Board of Realtors, Walton/Barrow Chamber of Commerce, and NAMAR (Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors), and serves on the board for Discover Covington.
